Located  at the border of Burnaby and New Westminster, 14th Ave Townhomes brought a  new design to an established neighbourhood.   The 21 unit cluster design provided for spacious living with generous  landscaping design.  The contempary  design was well recieved by the neighbourhood.  The project was taken through development  and subsequently sold.
