Filing
A Complaint
The Better
Business Bureau can only handle complaints against companies based in
the Maritime Provinces.
There is a $10
fee to process complaints against non-member firms. The complaint
will not be processed until payment (cheque or money order) is
received at the Better Business Bureau.
It takes
approximately four to six weeks to get a response from a company.
Once received the response will be forwarded to you by mail.
